Letter to prospective members

Dear Prospective Member

Thank you for your interest in joining FSRSA. We trust you will enjoy shooting with our fellow clay target enthusiasts and we look forward to having you as a member in good standing in the association.
There are four requirements for acceptance into FSRSA:
The first is membership in the National Rifle Association. Our club insurance policy requires that all members be a member in good standing in the NRA. If you have a current NRA membership # and expiration date, please note them in the appropriate space on your application. If you do not, you must obtain one for final acceptance into the association.
The second requires that you read, sign, and date our club WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT.
The third requires your presence at one of our monthly board meetings so you may be introduced to and voted upon by the Board of Directors for membership. These meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:30 pm at the club house (except for the months of July and August). The NEXT meeting is: WEDNESDAY, _________________
The fourth requirement is attendance at one of our work/maintenance parties at the club grounds. Scott Miller, our house and grounds General Manager, will work with you to fulfill this requirement. Once we are in receipt of your $275.00, covering your initiation fee and membership dues for 2023, and that you have fulfilled the four requirements listed above, a shooting card good for 20 trap/skeet rounds of 25 birds each, will be issued to you. Those rounds must be used by February 29, 2024. They do not carry over from year to year.
